Adelay is pursuing her Manual Osteopathy Diploma through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC). She earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2023 & is practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Adelay specializes in providing comfort & strength to the senior community in her clinical practice. She employs gentle techniques such as fascial manipulation, craniosacral support, & joint mobilization to support physical & mental well-being. Adelay is a strong advocate of the mind-body connection, striving to ensure her clients feel both physically & emotionally nurtured.
Throughout her MO graduation, Adelay aims to deepen her expertise in specialized senior care & plans to complete her End-of-Life Doula training within the next year.
Outside of her professional life, Adelay enjoys spending time with her two cats, & exploring music; most often through singing & playing bass guitar.
